The latest banner with the sunbird at a flower is just perfect. Such graphic design skills!

You must have Bank Myna in Sharjah?!? It's the only Place in UAE (except the Pivots) I've seen 'em ...

Great site. Very interesting and informative. I will pay more attention now to my surroundings as I come and go to work here at ADWC.

Thank you for your kind words. It's very much a project in process, with more colleges and hopefully schools jumping on board, so please check back regularly.

A smashing site, Nick - even for someone not especially interested in birds. Really nice photos. Well done!

    Hi Nick,

Great site. I met Nick Lake several years ago (friend of Barry and Lydia) and well remember his bird expertise. Just started my own nature education site (including a lot of birds) in Ireland so I know a lot of work has gone into this.

Great site, Nick, and some really stunning photos - many congratulations. Makes me quite nostalgic for early-morning arrivals at the SWC carpark, to be greeted by the dawn chorus.
